What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment methods.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes, we do! We've partnered with Afterpay to offer you a convenient installment payment option. At checkout, you can choose Afterpay as your payment method and split your purchase into four equal payments, without any added interest or fees when paid on time. It's a simple and flexible way to pay for your order over time.
I'm having trouble placing my order online. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are using a compatible browser. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team, and they will be more than happy to assist you in finalizing your order.
How can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the delivery address, changing the item color, or adjusting the quantity, please reach out to our customer service team promptly. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order begins processing, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we accept order cancellations. If you change your mind or need to make adjustments after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team will process and ship the order in 2-3 business days.
We use Canada Post and UPS for shipping. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free standard shipping on all Canadian and Contiguous US orders over CAD150.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we're thrilled to serve our global community. Please check our Shipping Information page for rates and details.
Do you accept Returns?
YES we do.
If for any reason you don't love your bag, you may contact our costumer service within 30 days of your delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items should be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging included.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.
The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment.
We currently do not accept returns on International shipping outside of Canada and USA.

What materials are used in your bags?
Our bags are meticulously crafted using top-grade premium vegan leather. We're proud of our commitment to ethical fashion and ensure that all materials are both high-quality and cruelty-free.
Are the bags water-resistant?
Yes, our bags are made with high quality vegan leather which is water-resistant and come with a water-resistant lining which offers added protection against spills and light rain. However, we recommend not submerging the bag in water.
How do I clean and care for my bag?
Caring for your bag is easy. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth to keep it looking fresh. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to ensure the longevity of the vegan leather.
Avoid contact with alcohol and sanitizer and extended exposure to sun. We recommend storing the bag in the dust bag that we provided.

Warranty
Are Enya Mond bags covered under warranty?
At Enya Mond our top priority is quality and we take pride in creating premium products with durable materials.
To provide you with in an absolute peace of mind, our bags come with a 120 day limited warranty that covers hardware and manufacturer defects.
Please note that our warranty does not cover accidents, stains, scratches, wear and tear, and cracking and peeling of the vegan leather.
What is excluded from the warranty?
Our 120-day limited warranty does not cover accidents, stains, scratches, and the natural wear and tear of the product. Additionally, cracking and peeling of the vegan leather are not covered under this warranty.
How do I claim the warranty on my bag?
If you believe you have a product that qualifies for a claim under our warranty, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, and they'll guide you through the process.
